Welcome to
the UCSB Sexual Harassment & Title IX Office! The Sexual
Harassment and Title IX Office provides assistance in resolving
and investigating complaints of sexual harassment and gender
discrimination.
One of our goals is to respond to these concerns
in a fair and responsible manner in order to stop the offensive,
unwelcome or problematic behavior. We also assist in educating
the UCSB community about sexual harassment and gender equity
issues in the hope of preventing inappropriate and unwelcome
sexual and/or gender-related conduct.
The University is committed to maintaining an
academic and workplace environment in which all members and
visitors of the University campus are treated with civility,
dignity, and respect. The University strongly prohibits any
form of sexual harassment and sexual misconduct.
